Team building exercises lead by a third party organization outside the boundaries of the Design Organization. This is where team members learn how to deal with difficult people. Difficult People? Yes. There are those who are great performers and can sell the project, and stand on stage taking accolades (and not mention the team) There are those who know the answer to a problem and will not share it unless asked. Detail oriented designers want to get in the weeds and stay off the stage. A Team Building seminar has the opportunity to expose these attributes and encourage everyone to come together as one.
