A simple question I love to use when asking for feedback on a very new idea: "Can you help me build on this?" It is much harder to critique someone when they ask you this question. Even if someone manages to critique your idea at an early stage, turn their critique around. For example: "Your idea is too expensive" Ask them: "How might we make this idea less expensive?"

Las mejores prácticas para establecer dinámicas sanas de feedback en los equipos no son universales. Es necesario tener en cuenta el momento (quizá es un periodo más estresante en cuanto a producción y no se percibe todo de la misma manera), así como el background cultural de cada uno, y adaptar las estrategias comunicativas para mantener el tono de respeto que buscamos.
