Entender que só porque você se aposentou, n?o quer dizer que n?o é relevante pro mercado de trabalho! I agree with this statement. Change is inevitable. We constantly need to work on ourselves and undergo professional development to make sure that we're changing with industry trends, keeping ourselves relevant in the current market. Change most times is a good thing and we need to continue to pursue the highest level of distinction if we want to continue to grow and excel at what we do.

As an educator, I've learned that you're the teacher and also the student. We teach and fill into our students but we're also students of our field, learning from other professionals and our students to become the best teachers we know how to be. Continous learning gives new insights and experiences into your profession. No one will ever fully be in the position of "knowing it all" which is why we need to have a growth mindset, learning as much as we can and how it interelates to other aspects of life.
