La experiencia es tan importante como la inteligencia de un experto ya que al haber tenido múltiples experiencias que no están escritas el experto con experiencia es la mejor opción.

Dado el gran volumen de información, la industria del petróleo ha sido pionera en los trabajos colaborativos utilizando herramientas tecnológicas que le permitan a los usuarios compartir en tiempo real datos técnicos para el trabajo diario de gabinete y operativo. Adicionalmente tras la pandemia de COVID se fortaleció aún más la implementación de herramientas de comunicación, sin embargo el trabajo a distancia limitó las interacciones casuales y pláticas uno a uno que ayudan a resolver problemas poco complejos o al fortalecimiento de ideas que crecen como bola de nieve en los pasillos u otros sitios de las empresas, alejados de una computadora. Se deben buscar opciones alternativas a los sistemas de comunicación clásicos.

Con el trabajo a distancia y al no haber interacciones casuales o no programadas los trabajadores pasan una buena parte de su tiempo en reuniones informativas más que colaborativas. El reto que se tiene es informar de cambios, acciones, planes, etc sin tener que mantener a los trabajadores sumergidos en largas juntas en las que no van a interactuar. Las herramientas digitales deben continuar evolucionando y tal vez la respuesta podría ser el meta espacio que permita una inmersión en un “espacio” que simule los lugares de trabajo con mas opciones de interacción casual para que exista una actualización de información sin la formalidad de una reunión programada.

I was not thrilled when my supervisor asked me to create a monthly newsletter to share companywide. However, once I shared the first one, I received an overwhelming response from other parts of the company where people mentioned how my work fits into theirs, shared updates from their team, and shared collaborative ideas. Trust me, this is a no-regret step. 2. Regular meetings where company leaders share broader company news, strategic updates, and technical insights can help broaden the business acumen of all employees. I have learned more from these quarterly 1 hour meetings than from working the whole quarter.

Gestionar el conocimiento es una de las herramientas mas antiguas de poder alcanzar un equipo de trabajo proactivo y multifuncional. El trabajador debe sentir el valor que tiene para el y la Empresa su conocimiento. En la era de las Videollamadas lo importante para que ese conocimiento forme cimientos es difundir las mejores practicas de determinado proceso que el relator pueda compartir su aprendizaje que no esta fomentado en ningun libro.
