Our projects might or might not offer opportunities to be versatile with the animation styles that we have produced till date. So i recommend retrospect and see if the animation styles created were same, if so then experiment with new styles which hasn't been tried out yet. These experiments should be well within the quality and benchmarks set by the studio. Overdoing something that doesn't fit the business vision might just not work.

I would go as far as saying: It almost does not matter to try to create an environment where people are curious, if you as the Lead are not demonstrating curiosity on a regular basis.
