In my experience, it is important to choose collaboration tools that are simple and intuitive for its users, and don’t take much time. OneNote notebooks are great because each member of the team can create their own sections, while there can be a section for the entire team to track progress and refer plans. For the more visually oriented teams, MIRO boards can work out great for quickly plotting progress, immediate priorities, and blockers. SharePoint is another great tool for sharing files between team-members and allows for real-time collaboration and editing, as well as access to previous versions in case of errors!
