Get In Some Facetime!!!!! Even if it's on Zoom, having people know your name/who you are is a big deal. In college, I made sure every single professor knew who I was. I would email them when I would be out sick, and would always ask questions in class. When it came time to give me a B+ or A-, and they might have been on the fence, their memory of class participation, asking questions, interacting with others, and sending emails when missing class absolutely bumped me up to the A-. Same applies for work.

The idea is to show up as your true, genuine, authentic self and NOT put on any sort of hats. If the company does not like you for you, it probably isn't a place you want to work at anyways.
