As a business owner I always look to give internships as an opportunity for young people to get an insight into the industry. From that point on it is up to the intern to take the opportunity to grow or not. We have employed a large number of interns at the conclusion of their internship and they all have the same things in common. They are consistent, attentive, hard working and bring something to the team. We dont look for knowledge when we hire people, we can train people in what we do. We look for people that want to grow and become better versions of themselves.
