El coachee no elige tener el coaching ( salvo algunas excepciones) por lo que el grado de profundidad del proceso dependerá en parte de consciencia y alineamiento con la brecha que la compa?ía propone. El coach no impone -desde mi mirada- la profundidad del autoconocimiento ni asegura un cambio de creencias, ciertamente está la invitación al viaje introspectivo para comprender e identificar las interferencias internas y externas que no le están permitiendo llegar a donde quiere llegar o a cerrar brechas. El verdadero momento de cambio se da entre sesión y sesión, cuando el coachee opera en el mundo y lleva a la acción sus compromisos.

Executive coaching, as included in my previous comment, helps to improve your professional and personal skills and achieve your objetives. At the same time, executive coaching it gives you tools to question all the situations or strategy aspects that you perhaps thought it was something sure. To question the strategy plan A, gives you the chance to improve it, to generate plan B and to reduce the problems generated by potential failures of the main strategy.

Coaching has an enormous return on investment. This has been shown in studies, but I have also experienced the effect as a coachee and as a coach. As a coach, I typically start with a 360 review, which is a basic of the coaching plan, as it identifies the strengths that can be built upon, the blind spot and the development areas. When done well, a 360 is an eye-opening experience that skyrockets the person's self-awareness ... that alone brings about major changes in their behavior. Then we work on mindset, skill gaps and optimization of their environment to set them up for success. Most importantly, the coaching has a trickle-down effect on the entire team, securing buy-in, empowerment and accountability within the team.

My perspective is that a coach can support growth better by inviting a client to reflect on their experiences, data collected through interviews and 360’s, and feedback from a sponsor. The coach is equipped only with the tool of inquiry and can support development far better that way than providing a perspective that he or she has not experienced.
