Based on past experiences, I have learnt that without proper communication and sharing of information by Client from the date of commencement of a project, it's impossible to achieve timely and successful completion of a project. Any team engaged in an open communication for execution of the project based on their roles and responsibilities can surely do wonders for the project.

Always learn from your project experiences and apply those learnings to new projects. I have worked on projects that did not continue mainly due to feasibility. By understanding the lessons learned, I have been able to use these lessons learned to improve project screening and project development.
