As an intern you are there to learn, and the by hosting you, the organization you are interning for has made a commitment to you. Make your questions probing and ask follow-ups if there is something you don't understand.

I've seen this too often. Interns are afraid or hesitant to offer ideas, options and solutions. Organizations that host interns have made a commitment to educate those interns, but in return they are expecting fresh ideas and different perspectives. If you have an idea or a solution, take the time to flesh it out, maybe talk with some other interns, but be sure to present it. The feedback you get may be the best lessons you learn during the internship and that fresh new idea could be just what your host needs to put a project over the top.

As an intern you are either with SOP's or documentation if its a remote environment and even WFO nice colleagues are just bare luck. There is a big road ahead. The one approach that make a difference is reflecting regularly. Small steps pave a way for you, ahead of others. Note down each learning and make a theoretical learning on the side, it will help you for future interviews and stepping ladder. Have a positive attitude and be ready to learn and reflect what you learn yourself and from others. Be kind to share your knowledge to others
