Un dise?o limpio, permitirá un desarrollo ordenado, optimizando recursos técnicos y humanos, reduciendo tiempos de ejecución en proyecto y obra. Also involvement of entire team and discussion with them will bring more ideas and points. you need to be flexible instead of being rigid or closing doors to ideas/ suggestions/recommendations.

Excel is a powerful tool in time scheduling, prioritising and generating material specifications. With a little bit of template setting and designing it can turn into presentable client deliverables.

While item 1 of knowing the basics is important, my personal thought is that building a team that collaborates, learns, respects, and trust each other through the process is of higher importance. Once teams break into silos or lose their curiosity it is difficult to maintain high levels of passion and results. Clients and contractors can tell the difference once they've experienced it.
