In my experience, continuous learning in Economics, both macroeconomics and microeconomics, is essential to stay in this field as an advisor or negotiator. This is increasingly important today as Artificial Intelligence and Expanded Economic Databases are being evaluated using System Dynamics methods. Finding the Causal Relationships in our Multivariate Economy to achieve both Growth and Stability in the Long-Run is an important objective. This is one of the tasks of the Federal Reserve System. It also applies to negotiations between Labor and Management in companies. Solving Systems of Macro and Micro Economic Equations with Machine Learning will evaluate in a Dynamic Setting. A big advantage over traditional Comparative Statics.
