As an agent who has been in the industry for a number of years, I have seen how important it is for a home to be priced accurately from the start. The first 10 days on the market are crucial and therefore price reductions due to over-pricing should be avoided at all costs. I make sure to educate my sellers that correct pricing is of utmost importance and I get their “buy-in” at the beginning. I recently took the time to analyze all of my metrics from my transactions over the years and I was thrilled to discover that my average DOM is 24 days. It is such a rewarding experience to know I’ve done so well for my sellers.
