When evaluating the validity of the sources it could be useful to check if similar findings have been described in related research. High reproducibility (different researchers in different labs obtaining similar results) is a key aspect of the scientific method, following the publication of research findings. Scientific databases are designed for the purpose of allowing other groups to confirm published results. Not all published research will necessarily become embedded in solid scientific theories. It is only when extensive consensus is obtained by scientists around the world around a specific topic that a hypothesis can be accepted as a scientific theory. Reproducibility can similarly help evaluate the quality of the sources.

This part about repeating the study is super important! It's like double-checking your work. If someone else can follow your recipe and get the same cake, you know the recipe is good. But, it's important to remember that just because something can't be repeated easily doesn't always mean it's wrong. Sometimes the things we study are super complicated, like people's feelings or things in nature that change a lot. So, even if we can't perfectly repeat a study, it can still teach us something valuable.
