un aporte que pude encontrar en la aplicación de los indicadores claves es el tiempo , estos pueden estar muy bien elaborados pero si no llevan un cronograma comprometido para mejorar el resultado será en vano el esfuerzo , es importante trabajar en que si un factor impide llegar a el , este sea evidenciado

partiendo que lo ofrecido es superar y elevar el nivel de confianza entre la cuenta y el proveedor y al ser un producto no tangible , el nivel de servicio es el soporte a nuestra promesa comercial , será importante no olvidar que este ( sin dejar a otro indicador atrás ) podría ser el KPI primordial de nuestro trabajo , al final un alto nivel de satisfacción del cliente se traduce en preferencia y rentabilidad de la compa?ía
