In one Antithrombotic Global Multicentric Study, We have Conducted From Our Site -the FDA asked for Data To Know/Assess % of Screen Failure rate! * CRO collated data from sites and we were able to provide detailed data due to our GDP practices * We used to apply an EC approved pre-screening log to ensure 100% compliance with the protocol while selecting potential study participants for the study; hence we had all screen failure data readily available to us * As EDC is the STANDARD TOOLS- is the ORIGINAL SOURCE DATA THAT HAS TO BE DOCUMENTED IN THE PATIENT'S FILE + CERTIFIED TRUE COPY needs to be maintained to validate the data integrity & requirement for QC/QA/AUDIT/INSPECTION- defined under QMS as QBD- is the way forward Medical Research.
