I really believe in the feedback model adopted by Netflix: direct, frank and objective. I learned that it is important to encourage a transparent approach to communication. It may be considered harsh to some people, but it is the most objective way to put the "issue on the table" in full. Collaboration, in fact, only exists when teams know how to interact and what effects they should provide for the company's strategy.

Of course... feedback received, it's time to change or correct any deviations in our attitude or way of carrying out tasks. It can be a simple form of conduct (example: talking too loudly in the workplace, or not giving the same opportunity for explanation to all team members, etc.) or even a serious procedural error (example: failing to carry out a important sale because I didn't know how to make negotiations with the financial director more flexible).
