Creating a virtual space in which experienced and senior FMA should interact with young minds and vise versa. Sharing current arising issues, methodology and solutions. It's much more effective when it's a two way interaction rather than a webinar where few are speaking and many are just listening. This will not only be a source of networking but a platform for a newbies in the market to present their issues and get the answers. Sort of a FM community.
