Pour moi la principale compétence c'est communication, en ensuite les qualités personnelles car la relation avec son portefeuille durera des années où on découvre les qualités personnelles de l'un et de l'autre, d'où la nécessité de développer un QE élevé, qui sera la base pour développer des compétences nécessaires en tant gestionnaire de comptes surtout comme la négociation, qui reste un art vital mais qui s'apprend surtout en le pratiquant.
