If you don’t stand for something you will fall for anything. It is hard to hit a target that we don’t even define. Establishing SMART goals is critical to success. We must be Specific about our goals. The goals need to be Achievable and Relevant. The goals must also be achievable on a reasonable time frame. Knowing what our values are helps us to set goals that align with who we authentically are. Being clear and aligned with the people we are working with is necessary to make sure the goals are achieved.
