One day when i was IT Junior in DRC, a colaborator make a mistake when uploading data in the DB, my IT manager was unable top make an update script. I just write the script , make a backup and restore the db on my personal computer , i write the sql scrip and make the update in my computer. I tell my IT Manager show him and give him the script to apply, he apply aaeverythings work fine. My jow help him to be recognize and it make me happy but one day the IT Manager was in visite in our project and one similar mistake appear and he told my IT Manager to do it as he did last time. In my experience, i was always with ny direct Chief in Office and ask him a lot of Question, sometimes i know something but i dont show i know. One day my mentor haven't finish a project ut the it director ask him to give him the project in 2 hours. He was afraid and panic .
