We at Spindraft Industries manufacturer of Textile steel bottom rollers. The production is a mass quantity with more metal cutting operations performed by more than 10 CNC machines. we are implementing the mini conveyors in between the CNC machines, so that the transport of the rollers is easier than shifting with helpers. Those helpers are switchover the duties to other maintenance and implement of automation in other areas and is useful for them to learn technology instead of lifting loads.

The process of producing textile yarn involves 7 stages in 7 types of machines. The wrong signal got from the sensor fitted in 2nd stage Carding machine used to adjust the setting for correctness. This activity save huge yarn goes to waste during 3rd stage to 7th stage process. Nowdays manual monitoring is difficult and expensive IoT helps better with new technology.

Employee is back bone of the plant. The status now is transforming or replacing with the younger generation having media tech knowledge in a good way but the basic tech knowledge in fairway. Training programs need to plunge the basics will improve the plant efficiency aligned with modern technolgy like automation,IoT, data analytics.This is presently important for MSMEs also.
