This graphic is the centerpiece of your visual identity and should be recognizable and memorable. ? Finally, ensure that your visual identity is consistent, including your website, social media profiles, and beyond. Consistency is key to building brand recognition and credibility.

Here are 3 elements to consider when communicating your personal brand: (1) Tailor your message to your audience and their needs. Specify the types of clients or stakeholders you serve and the specific problems you solve. (2) Highlight your unique value proposition, including key skills and accomplishments that set you apart. (3) Encourage an interactive discussion and conclude with a clear call to action. This could be scheduling a meeting, exchanging contact details or connecting on LinkedIn, to foster ongoing dialogue and engagement.

I fully agree in terms of the importance of consistency. And in my eyes this is the most difficult part when developing your personal brand to be e. g. always in line with what you have been communicating 6 or 12 months ago. And if your current message is not in line with your actions in the past have a good and solid explanation for it.

It's absolutely right in the beginning you have to invest lots of time and effort in your networking strategy. And always be aware that a network is not built overnight. It takes years to grow a solid network and constant care.

Nowadays in our digital world it's much easier to create an excellent version of yourself and put it online. In the 80th and 90th when I was young you had to pick up the phone or write a letter to give others an impression of yourself. The flipside of this is that nowadays you can be tricked by a great online presence which might turn out as a lie later on. Always be careful and try to validate especially those online presences looking to good to be true.
