Through the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools, for example, it is possible to save precious time for the identification of patterns and trends, and allocate it for the customization of feedback. When it comes to feedback, there is no such thing as a "one-size-fits-all" type of approach. For this reason, it is important to invest more time on the calibration of feedback based on the learner's personality, cultural background, age and styles to make it more effective.
