The outcome of any analysis is decision making for process improvements, which should give a final outcome in cost savings. While we talk about facility engineering a lot of scope for data analysis like, electrical power consumption, water consumption, waste water management, solar power generation, utilising day light for lighting provisions, control of air conditioning system as per demand, lighting control as per occupancy and the list can be more. Collection of data and analysis will give insights for innovative design of facilities with more energy efficiency.
