Embracing change has been a crucial part of my journey as an educator. When I first started teaching, I quickly realized that sticking to old methods wasn't enough to engage my students. The world of education is evolving rapidly, and clinging to outdated practices can cause stagnation both for teachers and learners. My willingness to adapt came into focus when I integrated new technologies into my classroom—tools like interactive learning platforms and digital resources. These weren't always easy to implement, but the impact on student engagement and learning outcomes made the challenge worthwhile.

Education is deeply intertwined with social, technological, and economic dynamics. This perspective enables us to view global changes with a more nuanced understanding of the gaps education can address.
