I really like the DMAIC method and also the SMART approach to problem solving. The first helps to map out the process and identify bottlenecks, making understanding easier and establishing a path for resolution. The SMART method, on the other hand, is effective for setting goals, providing alignment and clarity on the steps to be taken until the final result. Over time, we develop a refined vision, dividing the stages and making the process smoother and simpler. This way, we not only make our own lives easier, but also those of our team, ensuring that everyone knows what to do, why to do it, and when to take action.
