I 100% agree with this. AI is great and may be the wave of the future, but it is keeping people from using critical thinking and problem-solving techniques. Along with working "smarter not harder" by utilizing AI tools, train staff to understand they "why" behind things. It will grow their confidence and expertise, allowing them to enhance their performance and development.
