And for video formats, try to always use captions, because there are also people who can't activate the sound (because of their environment), but can still absorb information by reading the caption.

Some might be averse to reading or writing down points, while others may not be sure what you need from them for your work. I have found that it is good to create a questionnaire to get all the information necessary from them and tailormake a way for them to respond if they have an aversion to a particular form of communication.
