I reckon feedbacks should be constructive and objective. Clear examples of what is working and what is not seems to work better and to be effective for real-life application. I also believe that all parts should be involved in feedback, especially and most importantly assessing leaders and managers. It’s hard sometimes for more junior collaborators open up about management, but I do think that when performance is lacking, most of time is due to poor management and lack of proper guidance.
