While I may somewhat agree that keeping technical details to a minimum (depending on the audience). If all parties related to the program remain engaged the need for constant clarification should be unnecessary- however programs today have multi-faceted pieces it is difficult to remain constrained to the above recommendations- find a subject the entire audience understands and can relate to - to avoid technical jargon and confusion

Feedback mechanisms should be put in place by leadership, we as humans have been conditioned to follow and not lead - if an individual cannot speak truth to leadership based on the feeds back - mechanism currently in place - hasn’t all failed; if that was not the case, the concept of sharing thought up and down the chain of command would never be wrong - when you are confident enough to speak truth to leadership because it is necessary and that truth (risk) becomes an ethics complaint/investigation - how do lower staff members ever feel empowered to speak openly

Conflict resolution should start from from the top down, as a leader you are responsible for teaching those who work for you how to handle conflicts and their resolutions, if leadership has not been an active part of your training, engagement involvement and client relationships, how will they ever be capable of assisting in any type of conflict resolution? You as a Program or Project manager by and large are an island to handle whatever comes your way. So be confident enough in your ability to resolve whatever comes your way
