True creativity requires failure & messy middles. Are you ready to allow your team to make calculated risks & fail? Yes? Have you told them it is ok to take that calculated risk & that failure is an option? And what happens when your team does fail? Are there repercussions? Accusations? Personal attacks? That is what leads to a lack of trust or worse, a complete loss of trust. Clinically look at the failure. Remove all personal criticism. Make it a learning & teaching moment. Apply a growth mindset, reduce the fear of failure, & watch your team create & innovate!

As a leader, always lead by example. Begin by sharing about yourself: your background, working preferences, communication style, achievements, dos and don'ts, vulnerabilities, fun facts, and more.
