First thing that need is clear identification of goal, after that analyze your tasks so that you should be able to define thier priority, allocate your time to each task based on your defined priority, don't spend a lot of time on tasks which are consuming more than your defined time, closely monitor your progress and take necessary action if something seems deviated from your already defined goal and time.

Donde agregas más valor, según tu hora. 3. Cuales son las tareas que según el punto 2 deberías de empezar a delegar. Aquí es importante saber que tu debes tener la visión más no la ejecución necesariamente. 4. Explicar y guiar. Importante: delegar no es dejar ir, delegar implica establecer un ambiente de confianza donde alineamos las expectativas, hacemos pedidos claros, damos feedback, cuidamos el avance del equipo a través del reconocimiento y soltamos formas propias para aprender de otras personas.

I've found that delegation needs to be a two-way street for it to be most effective. As a leader it needs to lighten your load, but it also needs to be a means for empowering, equipping, and developing staff. When a leader shows interest in their direct reports and finds out their aspirations, they can keep an eye out for customised opportunities to delegate to their staff, creating a win-win. There are often two ends of the spectrum with poor delegation. On the one hand a leader wants control and therefore only gives menial servant-like tasks away. On the other hand, leaders can give too much away through abdicating responsibility for the final result, by not checking in with them on larger projects.

Please let go of control and the idea that you have no time to explain and delegate. Spending some time on delegation now will free up your time in the long run and empower your team by entrusting them with important responsibilities. One thing at a time. This should be your motto if you have lots of tasks in hand, remember you won’t have enough time to revisit and correct. Once done should be done so that you can pay 100% attention to the other task. Focus and concentration is the key here. In my experience there is no other choice but to learn how to complete it, leave it, move forward and switch to the next.

In my experience the time management is not a one time thing or ‘one solution fits for all’. Sometimes, when we have more work load, it needs revision on daily basis.
