This is something very similar that's taking place at my work currently. Our diverse stakeholders comprise Product Managers, Sales Consultants, and a Senior QA resource. In our initial bimonthly meetings with the stakeholders, we gathered the clients' views and other requirements from the stakeholders. Based on these various inputs along with a thorough deep dive into IA strategies, we have taken up a project to implement the requirements and new IA strategies.

After a couple of meetings with the stakeholders, we arrived at a high-level plan that delineates the expectations related to the UA (user assistance) assets reorganization. This plan is the basis of the expectations with the stakeholders and also of the IA strategies to be adopted.

After arriving at a consensus with the stakeholders, we began with: - Project planning: We considered milestones to be accomplished, timelines for each milestone, doc resources for each product, IA strategies to be implemented, and potential blockers. - IA strategies: Content restructuring and refactoring, SEO strategies, web page redesign, ease of use and navigation, linking etc. - Tracking and monitoring: The progress of this project is monitored in separate weekly meetings with the resources working on this project. We discuss blockers, limitations, progress, etc. - Review: New content is sent for review to the stakeholders separately. This is possible as we have designed our content and IA strategy in a modular way.

Communication on progress takes place in bimonthly meetings with the stakeholders. Along with these meetings, we also have weekly catchup meetings with the resources working on the project to communicate progress and blockers. Besides meetings, we also communicate via emails and instant messaging platforms as and when required.
