Me encanta el momento de implementar cambios. Pasar de los datos, a la sesión de design thinking colaborativa. Esta sesión me encanta que sea completamente multidisciplinar, que salgan ideas de todo tipo, en la que participen personas de todo tipo, desde clientes, hasta personal de la empresa o relacionada con el producto que tengan perspectivas completamente diferentes. A la hora de llevar las soluciones a cabo, me encanta que se utilicen metodologías ágiles y escalables que tengan en cuenta la sostenibilidad y la sencillez. Normalmente la solución más sencilla es la mejor. Pero no suele ser tan sencillo llegar a esa solución. Por eso hablar con diferentes personas, mantenerse curioso, con mente abierta y positivo, suele ayudar.
