A mi me ha resultado útil transmitir a mi equipo de transporte objetivos claros, roles definidos pero sobretodo claridad con los kpis que usaremos para medir su evolución y cumplimiento. Por otro lado el feedback en periodos definidos es clave para que nuestro equipo sienta nuestro acompa?amiento en este proceso.
