One thing that I could see, since I've managed people is the importance to reward the employees and the way to do it, something that I could recall is that a member told me that felt sad, due to nobody recognize his endeavors, whereas other one told me that he don't feel good to be reward in public he prefer personally, therefore you must consider this to reward, also a good way to motivate is by delegating new task, because the employee feels that is growing up and feels that the boss or company trust in them, doing that, the person want to endeavor it's seen and feels happy to feel that the efforts be reward and the company trust on them
