The methods suggested here are generally very top-down. It's easier to bring hearts and minds with you if you can use some bottom-up techniques as well. For both local and remote workers video drama can be used to explore challenges that people will expect to face. It is possible to describe a challenge in a scenario in which a character must make a decision. Is it customer-first, or maximise profit? Or what if it's both and they are in conflict? What would you do? This is the starting point for a productive conversation in which you set the terms and your team provide the answers.
