From my experience, constructive criticism is always gonna help. It's gonna make you and the team working around you better more efficient. Some tips: - Make sure the feedback you receive/give isn't personal or emotionally oriented. - Remember that stakeholders hold accountability/ responsibility for the project deliverables, hence value their opinion. - Create feedback channels to receive feedback on a regular basis. - Make sure you have an action plan in place if some of your ideas won't be taken forward. There's always gonna be disagreements but teamwork makes the dream work.
