We also answer to employer needs, by lettin them drive, learn and by giving the power of making a world a bit better.

IMO a critical aspect is self clarity and belief. If you yourself are sold on the project then you get the confidence to convince any stakeholder and manage project successfully. This will only come when you truly understand and align with the purpose of the project. To put it simply - you should be so clear that you are able to explain the project’s objective in one simple and clear statement. And if asked more, then be ready to deep dive with a detailed execution plan with double and triple clicks.
