Desde mi experiencia, dar feedback en el desarrollo de software a distancia es desafiante. Es crucial ser directo, evitar suposiciones y enfocarse en hechos. Para lograr claridad, es importante usar un lenguaje sencillo y evitar términos vagos que puedan distraer. A mí me ha resultado, realizar entrevistas con cada parte del equipo para entender los retos a los que se enfrentan en cada proyecto para trasladar al PM los tiempos adecuados con los que se trabajará, normalmente realizó primeramente preguntas que van desde ideas generales para luego formular preguntas específicas que ayuden a encontrar la dirección idónea, siempre utilizando un canal multidireccional ya que frecuentemente estos procesos o soluciones incluyen a varios integrantes del equipo. Importante que se vea reflejado como su opinión es incorporada en el plan de acción para que se motiven al saber que todos vamos en la dirección que juntos elegimos.

Para lograr el desarrollo continuo es importante la capacitación constante de tu equipo, capacitaciones cortas y directas que le den las herramientas necesarias a tu equipo para lograr el objetivo deseado, realizar revisiónes constantes y cíclicas semanales o quincenales así como material de apoyo aunado a una linea directa para resolución de dudas y dedicar un horario y cita para atender lo más pronto posible las mismas, posterior contar con un plan para premiar de alguna manera, con recursos dinerarios o beneficios como reducción de días laborales o aumento de vacaciones, esto es lo que me ha funcionado.
