Here's how you can effectively convey technical changes or updates in project plans as a Civil Engineer.

If any change comes in the project then first we will identify whether this change is major or minor/highly effective or less effective. After identification we will prepare a proper data in which we will easily tell all the changes that have happened in the project. After that we will arrange a seminar in which we will explain everything through ppt/video and will provide soft copy/hard copy of ppt/video to everyone. One member of each team will also be given the responsibility to ensure that all this is followed.
