A Facility Manager is a leader for his/her team to get the maximum potential identifying their strength and skills but at many times a leader could face the failure from any circumstances however embracing the failure and communicating effectively with team is the identification of a better Facility Manager. Encouraging team while discussing the mistakes and failure as new opportunity and to understand the situations and issues to turn into new strategies.

Hay que entender que en este medio, el fracaso siempre está a un paso de distancia y tenemos que enfrentarlo. Cuando se experimenta el fracaso, hay que aceptarlo con la frente en alto, analizar la cadena de sucesos que nos llevaron a fracasar, platicarlo como equipo y buscar las mejores alternativas que corrijan los errores cometidos. Es de gran ayuda registrar el análisis de estos fracasos y hacer los ajustes necesarios en los procesos de operación. Así, al presentarse una situación similar, el actuar del equipo será mucho más eficaz.

Check with the entire site team to what happens actually in asset then we will proceed for the root cause analysis. 4. In case of human error in asset we need to improve the team to give the asset training for entire team. 5. After root cause analysis we need to submit the incident report to our operations manager to verify the report then only we can submit the report to client what happen actually.

Another important tip I would add is to shift the focus from blaming the team member who made the mistake to the solution and what can be done to make sure it's not going to happen again.

I also want to share my thought, the team who made a mistake firstly we should give them training according to their subjective work and also provide them different streams training. We should also encourage our team for their hard work and we should give the confident to our team for accepting their mistake or failure we should encourage our team when they feel low after failure. When we will able to do these things on weekly and monthly base so the result will come positively
