The social thinkers will be bringing in the element of how does it affect the team, customers, investors… Take the collaborative approach for better buy in in the 21st century. The traditional top down leadership approach will kill moral as the team executing will not feel any sense of ownership in the decision. Pivoting in the early stages of a start-up is normal!
