I believe that first comes a market study that should tell you what is already in the market, what apps have been launched and their features. You need to study the acquiring market to assess if there are nfc terminals at the merchants, if there are websites accepting online payments and if there are P2P payments in the market. Also you need to determine if card tokenization has been enabled at the different devices. Once you have this information you can continue with the ideation fade.
