Para poder resolver un problema tienes que entenderlo. Y para eso, tienes que hacer preguntas. Como líder, muchas veces llegan a ti otros colaboradores en búsqueda de una solución rápida. Y es a través de preguntas que uno encuentra la raíz del problema. Ejemplo. Problema: el transporte siempre llega tarde para entregar el producto. Posible solución inmediata: penalizar al transportista. Raíz del problema: el pedido se pasó con poco tiempo, el almacén no terminó de surtirlo, lo que hizo que se retrasara el transporte. Solución real: respetar los tiempos que cada área tiene para hacer su trabajo, y solo a través de un previo acuerdo, enviar pedidos urgentes.
