Your client's feedback on your performance as a great coach would be an indicator of your success- - What impact you had on them as their coach? - Does your client trust you to open up without any fear of being judged? - Did you help them become empowered to overcome the challenge that they were facing before they came to you? - Were they able to achieve their personal goals through your coaching? - Would they refer you to their friends & acquaintances in their circle of influence? In addition, how much you yourself as a coach have the feeling of satisfaction and elation after having worked with your clients and given to them real value that they were seeking from you.
