The team of individuals is making things happen and every person has value in the team, What I usually do is ask other experts in the team about their skills, of how they do things. This usually built a good vibe for me and I understand their pains too. I try to help them as much as I can. To succeed make good friends along with what I do. You'd be a surprise from the result.
