Para cultivar el pensamiento estratégico es clave establecer primero metas claras, y estar seguros de que todo el equipo las comprende en realidad, no podemos pretender que las actividades de las personas se alineen con la estrategia de la empresa si no sabemos bajar esas metas globales a actividades cotidianas que el equipo pueda ejecutar.

La tecnología es indispensable en la vida laboral actual y más en un entorno de trabajo virtual, en donde sin las herramientas de comunicación en tiempo real, las de edición de documentos, gestión de proyectos, colaboración en edición de dise?os, construcción de código, etc., sería muy difícil gestionar proyectos a distancia y estos serían menos eficientes que los equipos presenciales. Le debemos a la tecnología la posibilidad de trabajar de forma remota, colaborativa y eficiente.
